1. Who we are

2. Our Services
We prepare and facilitate Export Health Certificates (EHCs), phytosanitary certificates, and export documentation. We do not issue certificates – we liaise with certifying authorities (APHA, etc.) on your behalf.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information about your product and destination country. Final compliance with import rules is your responsibility.
4. Fees & payment
- Fees in GBP (£). VAT added where applicable.
- Payment: 100% upfront (single shipments) or net 14 days (approved credit accounts).
- Late payment: interest at 8% above Bank of England base rate.
5. Turnaround times
Estimates (e.g., 3–5 working days) are targets only. Delays by authorities or due to incorrect client info are not our liability.
6. Liability cap
Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits, spoiled goods, or destination country rejections.
7. Our pledge (re-submission)
If a certificate is rejected solely due to our error, we re-submit at no extra cost. This excludes client errors or law changes.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or false information.
9. Governing law
England and Wales courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version at time of engagement applies.
